My "dental experience" yesterday was really great! I came into the office owing a balance that was completely understandable to me. However, as I was getting my teeth cleaned I literally prayed to God (in my head) and asked him just to "fix it" because I could not afford nor was honestly wanting to pay the bill. While getting my teeth thoroughly cleaned, great job to the dental assistant, the "front end" of the office was working diligently to ensure that I had clear understanding as to where the balance came from. Upon completion of my teeth being cleaned, not only was I informed of the purpose to the balance, but I was also informed that the balance was decreased significantly due to an oversight and lack of communication between my insurance company and Locust Lane. As a result, I left the office paying at least 90% less than the original balance due.
I say all that to say, that I appreciated the hard work that was put forth to not only clarify but also rectify my financial standing with Locust Lane, to ensure that I remained in good standing with an office that I have been a patient with for approximately 30 years. THANK YOU Locust Lane for your diligence, as it does not go unnoticed nor do I take that for granted!
