Sat in my truck for an hour and forty five minutes, watched 3 people come and go with their pets in front of me,
colleen said there would be a wait, I didn't know that I would be the last dog seen for the day. Then for the Doctor to come out and look at Bella in the parking lot was the best yet, been coming to this office along time. Don't know if we will come back with such shitty service. have a nice day
I apologize you had to come home early in the morning to a sick dog. I apologize you had to wait to be seen but I am glad that we were able to see your sweet Bella in our walk-in hours and you didn't have to wait to schedule an appointment on another day. Unfortunately, as you know, our walk-in hours are first come, first serve - unless you have an emergency, then we see you right away. Emily, one of our amazing RVT's came out right away to check on you when you arrived.
Last night we had a few anal gland expressions and nail trims that get taken straight to the back and completed in-between appointments. These are the patients you saw come and go.
We really value our patients' health and for that reason we don't want potentially contagious animals coming into a lobby full of animals, hence why we performed a complete exam in the truck.
I hope this addresses your concerns and again I apologize for your difficult day yesterday. Hope Bella is feeling better!
