I love Luxe- Nicole and Jordan are amazing and I always have the best experience with them. I've also recently starting having Alicia do my eyebrows- she does a fantastic job and is very professional. I have noticed several new front desk people recently, and I understand there is a learning curve, however- your front desk staff make the first impression of your business, and Monday was a very poor impression. I arrived ten minutes early and both receptionists were on the phone- the blond female was obviously on a call with a client and smiled at me and nodded, signaling to me she'd be with me in a second. The second receptionist, with brown hair, older female who I've only seen one other time, was very obviously on a personal phone call and didn't even acknowledge me- catching part of her conversation about how she is immunospressed and talking about other medical issues. I find that extremely rude- and i had to sit there for ten minutes and listen to it, getting more irritated as I was not acknowledged. I have noticed a big change over the past several months- I used to come in and be greeted by name and with a smile- that hasn't happened recently. I spent a lot of time and money at Luxe, and I feel appreciated and acknowledged when I have those friendly interactions with your front desk staff- but the interactions recently over the past several months have left me feeling like just "another" client and those interactions very impersonal.

While the cut itself was good and the stylist was pleasant, my appointment was over 45 minutes late. Even after they asked me to come later in the day, I still wasn't seen on time.

I was so excited to go and get pampered for my birthday. Instead I was disappointed. The staff was very sweet. I got a 60 minute massage. That only lasted 40 minutes not an hour. I know this because I checked the time when I got on the table and again once the massage therapist left the room. After the massage I was scheduled to get a haircut and highlights. I had to wait 45 minutes longer until the stylist was finished. I get that it is easy to get behind but maybe notify the customer of the true wait time. I was not happy about the haircut and highlights. I am not one to complain but once I got home and thought about everything. The disappointment set in more. At least I did not pay full price (I had groupons) if I paid full price I would I been pissed off not disappointed. I recommend that you notify a client of extra costs before just adding treatments on without asking. I got surprised with an extra charge for toner that I was not asked if I wanted or that it cost extra. The stylist just took it upon herself to do that and then whisper to the receptionist to charge me for it. That is unacceptable!

Christina was very kind, professional and very good at techniques. I have some neck issues from an accident and I think the stretches were a bit aggressive for my pain level. Today I hurt more, but Over all a wonderful experience. Facilities are beautiful , peaceful atmosphere and very professional staff.

I would recommend Christina.
