M&R was kind enough to refill our flat tire for free so we could drive somewhere else to get new tires. I'll definitely go back there when I need work done in the future.

This was my first experience with M & R and I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. Michael, Jr. answered all my questions in a "user friendly" way and helped me to confirm or negate information I had previously received from a dealer. He did not pressure me to immediately attend to concerns that should be watched over time. I am new to Chicago and haven't driven in a major city in a long time. I left M & R, feeling I could trust their workmanship and advice. I only wish their shop were closer to where I live.

Thanks very much for inspecting a car I was considering purchasing- you saved me from a costly and potentially dangerous mistake! The quality of work was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The only thing that could've been improved upon was communication, as I was on a tight schedule - it's totally understandable that things took longer than predicted, but it would've been helpful to have had that information so I could've planned accordingly. But overall, I'm very pleased with the experience with your shop.
