When I presented for my appointment, Jill was checking my insurance and there was a problem. The website was not showing my coverage.
After phoning my employer, I asked Jill to recheck the eligibility in 10 minutes to allow time for the info to be corrected online. She made a rather rude comment, "Well, we have another patient coming in 10 minutes.." I addressed her comment with, "Would you like for me to leave?" She gave me the feeling of wasting her time. I would suggest that she be retrained for registration ettiquet. Upon rechecking, my insurance was validated and I was taken into a room for workup.
The tech (didn't catch her name) that worked me up & Stephanie were very professional and were very thorough. The tech apologized for Jill's behavior.
I was then seen by the doctor with a thorough, professional manner.
Stephanie then helped me pick out frames.
Overall, with the exception of Jill's attitude, I was pleased with the service provided. Had she presented that attitude when I originally phoned for the appointment, I would have opted to take my business elsewhere.
