I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Massage Heights. When I arrived the staff was nice and welcoming, however when it came time to review my paperwork, the host reviewed it aloud in front of other costumers in the lobby. I was uncomfortable and irritated that information was being reviewed and discussed by someone other than the therapist. Secondly, what was suppose to be a 60 minute massage turned into a 45 minute massage due to being escorted back to my room 5 minutes after my appointment started; having a brief consultation with my therapist; and finally, my therapist rushing through the massage and finishing 10 minutes early. My massage was subpar and the therapist never touched the places I expressed were problematic areas. Additionally, they tried selling me extras like stone massage and aromatherapy; which is a glorified spray that is sprayed in the room. I have had many massages from many different places. No matter the facility I have always received an eye mask when laying on my back. This was NOT included with this massage. At the end of my appointment I wasn't offered a glass of water and then told I needed to come back in a month; which I did not do. This salon is in walking distance of my home, however the only reason I would consider visiting again is because I have $50 left on a gift card. Other than that, I would not recommend this facility.
