We always strive to deliver the best eye care, and have many procedures in place to make every visit efficient and satisfactory. We file insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, but it is first and foremost a responsibility of the patient to know and be aware of their individual coverage. Since we were unable to convince you to provide us with your insurance information ahead of time, the verification of insurance benefits took place during your schedules appointment time. We appreciate your understanding in our needing to continue with our scheduled visits, though it led to your additional wait time. Contact lens evaluations are complex visits that may require the doctor to try multiple trials, before finalizing the RX. We have a 90 day follow-up policy where we can address any contact lens related concerns at no additional cost. Please, let us know if we may assist you in the future.
