My appointment yesterday was booked for 4pm. I received a call around 3:15pm asking if I would like to come in for 3:30pm as Dr Morrell was ahead of schedule. I was in the area so said that I was able to do that however when I arrived at the office I ended up waiting for over 30 mins and didn't end up meeting him until 4:10 pm. I felt that this was quite disrespectful of my time.
Also I would encourage the marketing team to look at the referral program. I have referred 2 friends who have both had procedures performed and are booked for future appointments as well and have only received a 15ml Vitamin C for referring them. Not very rewarding I would say.
I gave 4 stars because of Dr Morrell himself and the work that he does. He's always professional and always does great work.
