I asked for a bid for new systems and instead the tech repaired the old system without providing an estimate and over charged me for that simple - repair $414 for a starter. On top of that, his bid for the new systems were more than $2,000 higher on the exact same equipment than the other two Trane competitors. Don't call these rip off artists there are better options.

Service was good but the price was triple what it should have been.

I feel we have been taken advantage of.

The job took about 1.5 hours and we were charged $600.

We should have gotten a second opinion before proceeding.

Your service people are very nice and knowledgeable but we assumed that the price was because it would take a long time.
