Easy to schedule, a little upselling - But hey, can’t blame them, it is a business after all. For a first time customer, it would be really nice to have a list of potential recommendations, and have the representative just to check off the ones that are recommended with prices. Otherwise, at the end of a service call, it’s just a lot of numbers and a lot of dollar signs thrown out there at once.
