We started as a salon in 1994 but evolved to bring spa services to Cloverdale in 2001. In 2008 we moved into health services which now include Registered Massage Therapy.. Michauds now occupies over 8000 square feet of luxury with over 55 staff members to serve your salon, spa and wellness needs. We have successfully presented hair and spa services without the attitude associated with a high end salon and spa. We have followed this model by successfully presenting wellness services without the clinical feel of a doctor's office.

I am new to BC and I can't tell you how relieved I was to find a salon that made me feel like a valued client. It is truly rare to find an establishment that understands the power of word of mouth and also the fact that clients (especially women) come in to spend time and money to feel pampered and relaxed, so it should be the number one priority to keep the client coming back to have another enjoyable experience time after time. A huge shout out to my stylist "O" who was down to earth and fabulous!! Thanks for the awesome first experience in your salon Michaud's!!!!

We live 3 hours away so we've called them to let them know we are on our way and they put us on the board so we don't have to wait when we arrive. They are always kind and informative and well versed in French bulldog problems so we trust them with both our dogs. Both have had the BOAS surgeries with Dr. Little and we are happy with their results and care. Emergencies are triaged according to critical status so you may have to wait quite a while with low priority concerns. They have a full range of specialists and diagnostic equipment. They are available 24/7 for questions over the phone which has been helpful as well. Located close to the Heritage shopping zone Ikea, Walmart etc. They also have a hotel program for people like us who have to travel to see them and have to spend a few days in the city while their pet recieves care. The Walmart is also available for campers if preferred.
