I have had excellent eye care with MEI. That is not the problem. The problem is your bookkeeping. I do not know who you have in taking care of the payment end of things, but you definitely do not have the patient in your best of interest.
First of all, the check had mentioned where the payment is to go to. Next, it is posted improperly. Thirdly, you would not correct the situation until I demanded it to be done right.
