Very likely front desk and office staff are wonderful... We have complete confidence in Mylee Shaw excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients.

The technicians and Doctor was very friendly and cordial, however the two front desk workers were somewhat rude and 'cold' as to attitude and the manner in which they spoke at the Grand Blanc office, unlike the friendly front desk workers at the Flint office.

Doctor not very personable. In and out of room. Does not provide a lot of feedback. Could use more feedback and to be treated like a person not cattle.

Waited 40 mins to be seen from scheduled time. Otherwise was great as usual. Everyone is always very nice.
