I had been using another mechanic who, it turns out, may have been the cause of my car breakdown. Mike was gracious in answering my questions on the best way to get the car to him at the time of my car breakdown, and he worked on the car and completed the repairs even though he received the car in the afternoon, and some parts of my car are no longer manufactured. He was very helpful, and I will be returning to him in the future. I feel secure that my car was repaired without shortcuts, and I am safe driving it.
