The appointment was for my 10 year old son. He really enjoyed the experience especially the Beats head phones and Tablet. We will see Mint Dentistry again this year in December for his 6 month check-up.

Everyone was friendly. I felt a little rushed in and out. Process of filling out paperwork was ok. On Ipad but they wanted my kids social sec # to verify insurance...don't need that. They tried to argue the fact but I used to do insurance verification for dental office and know how it works. I appreciate the quickness but I was there with my children and I almost walked out of the office without anyone saying a word to me about my son needing his wisdom teeth pulled. I only knew because he asked me if they told me. So I went back in and asked for a treatment plan and all they did was hand me a piece of paper with an oral surgeons name and told me my son needs his wisdom teeth out and to call this doctor. Nothing explained.....didn't go over xrays ....nothing. Now my son needs 2 fillings as well and they came in my op to tell me about those but nothing else. Just had the "get in get out" feeling. Made 6 month check up but not sure when my appt is because didn't get an appt card or anything printed on paper for me see. Not thoroughly impressed...mediocre patient service. Too bad....nice office though. I'll give another try...everyone deserves a second chance.
