When I came to pick-up a prescription refill I was told the person who took my request the previous day did not enter the request. I was told I could wait 20 minutes or come back. Sensing my frustration, the front end staffer expedited the correction. Whenever I come tho the facility it seems that the front end operation is understaffed, causing long wait times for check-in and check-out. I appreciate the service from the vets but I never look forward to the customary waits. I know a long term client who changed vets because of the front end hassle.
