I called Nick's Plumbing on Wednesday, Sept. 20th about two old dual hot and cold water shower valves that were allowing running water. Zack came out right away and telephoned that he would try to find parts so that I would not have to wreck two bathrooms for a single valve installation. On or about the following Tuesday, Sept. 26th, I called to inquire and was told that Zack had a family emergency. Your dispatcher said he would find out the timing and call me back. He never did. On or about the end of September or the first of October, I called your dispatcher again who said he would find out the timing and call me back. He never did. I began to look for another plumbing company after having running water for two weeks with out service, and then found the number for Ron Murley who did a previous job at my home for Nick's plumbing. Ron came out immediately and got the job done. Ron Murley did a great job and I can recommend Ron Murley to anyone. But I cannot recommend Nick's Plumbing until they show a better ability for their office people to take care of customers.
