Joshua Baker was an exceptional technician. I am a avid do it yourself around my house and appreciate that Joshua took the time to explain to me the particulars of what he was doing as I found that both to be of value to me as a do it yourself and as a customer. The cost of the service at $375 was actually higher than I anticipated it would be for what was done. Other than that I am very pleased by Joshua’s service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I found this company in the "Best Pick Reports" for 2017 and they truly merit inclusion. It was easy to get an appointment. Josh, our serviceman was timely and called before he came. He and his partner Juan, covered their shoes when they entered the house to evaluate 4 separate problems. Josh completely understood our concerns and examined all of the concerned areas. One problem was immediately repaired and I received a clear explanation of the problem. For the other 3, Josh explained the problems and recommended a plan to address them. I received an email at the end of the visit documenting the visit and discussion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I called Nick's Plumbing on Wednesday, Sept. 20th about two old dual hot and cold water shower valves that were allowing running water. Zack came out right away and telephoned that he would try to find parts so that I would not have to wreck two bathrooms for a single valve installation. On or about the following Tuesday, Sept. 26th, I called to inquire and was told that Zack had a family emergency. Your dispatcher said he would find out the timing and call me back. He never did. On or about the end of September or the first of October, I called your dispatcher again who said he would find out the timing and call me back. He never did. I began to look for another plumbing company after having running water for two weeks with out service, and then found the number for Ron Murley who did a previous job at my home for Nick's plumbing. Ron came out immediately and got the job done. Ron Murley did a great job and I can recommend Ron Murley to anyone. But I cannot recommend Nick's Plumbing until they show a better ability for their office people to take care of customers.
