Front office staff fantastic, Dr. Vanhorn fantastic! I didn’t like being referred to as “hon or honey” by the dental hygienist; I believe her name was Heidi. Furthermore when she asked me where I had my implants done, her response was inappropriate.
Her response was “Why did you do that for!” Her tone was negative & belligerent. I responded in the same manner back at her. I do not wish to have her clean my teeth again.

Hygienist took the time to do a thorough exam of my teeth and explained everything she found in detail with pictures. Not only that, she made me feel that she really cared about my dental health and helped educate me on proactive things that I can do to improve my dental health.

I was very pleased with Bevin the hygienist that treated me that day. Very courteous and gentle. She was refreshing compared to the last Hygienist that treated me. I would never want to be treated by that person again.
Bevin made me feel at home and welcome while performing her work. Teeth felt great when she was done.
