I dedicated quite a lot of time recently, researching, to find the most appropriate replacement tires for one of my vehicles.
An immense amount of information is available on line regarding what is available from many tire retailers and manufacturers in addition to feedback provided by purchasers the tires, the cost, etc..
I eventually experienced “information overload” which caused me to remain undecided and to develop a different approach regarding which tires to buy.
I phoned Northfield Tire and spoke with Jeremy regarding tires for my vehicle.
I provided my email address and promptly received an email from Jeremy which included his recommendation regarding three different manufacturers tires including the total out the door cost (not including tax) for each brand and also information regarding any available rebates, coupons, etc.
I researched Jeremy’s recommendations on line, emailed my selection to Jeremy and made an appointment to have the tires installed.
In addition to the installation of tires, an alignment was required and a multi-point inspection was performed.
My vehicle was ready as scheduled.
The cost for what was done at Northfield Tire was very reasonable.
Jeremy and the rest of the Northfield Tire staff with whom I have had contact are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful & courteous.
I am very pleased with this transaction at Northfield Tire and I will be returning again in the future.
