Amazing staff! As a individual who is not very fond of dental procedures, this is the dental office where I don’t hesitate to go into have my teeth taken care of. They are informative, gentle with care and provide me with all my options and recommendations and are not pushy. They do direct billing with my insurance company as well to keep things simple for me. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The cleaning was thorough and hygienist was on the ball however I noticed part of a filling between my front teeth was missing after the cleaning. I spoke to a doctor there who said he would have to refill that spot another day as they were fully booked that day. At that time the missing filling wasnt bothering me much. I went home and looked at the missing filling in detail and then I kind of started getting conscious about it. I called their office and asked to check if they would be refilling this at no cost to me since it occurred inadvertently during the cleaning. The receptionist said she will find out and get back to me. I'm waiting for their response.

Reminder phone calls for appointments are a nuisance. There doesn't seem to be any coordination between the staff as we receive multiple phone calls to confirm the appointment by different staff members. Also, we have received several calls in the past to change appointments to an earlier time. Staff have also changed the appointment times without notifying us (made the appointment one hour earlier). We schedule appointments for afternoons as this is the most suitable time for us. Please do not call us to change appointment times.
