My family and my parents go to Northland Family Care and we can usually always get in when ever there is a need to be seen. The staff is always friendly and sincere. Very happy with our choice to come here.

The staff is absolutely top-rate. I don't think I could find a better GP practice in this area - everyone from the check-in to check-out staff is friendly and professional.

HOWEVER, can we please, PLEASE please change the weigh-in process? It's so visible and public and gosh, I can read the number on the scale, please don't say it out loud! Not only that, often when I arrive the number of the previous patient is on the scale. That means someone I don't know could know how much I weigh. I get it... you want a quick and easy way to process patients... but please humour people like me and modify this process. Even just having it 'round the corner and having a policy whereby numbers must be deleted from the scale would be helpful. Thanks.
