As you know I've been a long standing patient, if I'm honest my last appt was not very good, God bless Carly, I love her lots, but not sure if it was because the end of the day thing, but I was totally stressed out, my neck hurt, I have sensitive teeth and the scrapping and picking was hard and made my gums bleed, the chair was totally uncomfortable, I had to stretch my neck upwards so that Carly could work properly, it should be the other way around, the patient should be comfortable in the seat with proper head adjustment, but I had to turn towards the right so she could work and it totally strained my neck.
Ray thank you for your honest review. We definitely agree that patient comfort is of upmost importance. Sometimes we do require our patient to turn or adjust their head/neck but strive to do so without causing any discomfort. We will work towards making your next visit more comfortable in the chair as well we have options available to manage any sensitivity during scaling! Thank you again, we appreciate all feedback especially if it can be used to better our services!
