I suspected my senior cat had very bad teeth and gums, but I didn't realize she was in such pain until her jaw started chattering when she was eating. I was a nervous wreck with worrying about her undergoing anesthesia, but knew I had to do something, so I made an appointment with Dr Cross. Tina very explicitly explained what would go on during the procedure and made me feel better about the expert care she would get. She called when my kitty had woken up and said that everything went very well! When I went in to get her later on in the day Dr. Cross had pictures to show and I was shocked that she has so many cracked teeth and awful cavities on her gums. They extracted 4 teeth and used laser therapy on her gums. It has been just a few days and I am sure her mouth is a little sore, but she feels so much better! (she told me so); I am so relieved that she is no longer in pain all the time. Dr. Cross and her staff are my heroes!
