Oon Arvelo is in a new location and the salon is FABULOUS! Frank, my colorist, is top notch!!! He really knows color and is super fun tool making it an enjoyable experience. Everyone who works there is accommodating, friendly and professional. Great place to get color, a new style or blow dry.

Frank is still the best in the business for color and Maria, his assistant is so talented and gives the best blowout (when she's free!) I have been a faithful client of Frank's for years and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else EVER.

The new salon is quite beautiful-- just lacks a welcoming seating area!
