The doctor gave me false hope and led me to believe that the treatment he recommended would be successful and that I would be able to pick up my cat the next morning and take him home with me, which of course he did only to get 450.00 dollars out of me. When I returned the following morning to pick up my cat, the doctor told me that he didn't make it. I was in shock, and felt so terrible for having left my cat with whom I had loved and cared for for the last 14 and a half years to die alone in a strange place. They had taken him away so quickly the evening before that I did not even have the chance to say goodbye. I was not notified by phone of his condition becoming worse, or given the opportunity to be with him until he passed, which I believe was cruel and heartless. I was told that he would be placed in a box for me to take him home to bury him, but instead they put him in a very thin plastic bag and placed him in the cat carrier that I brought him in. Rigor had not completely set in. I feel so bad for trusting this man who was supposed to be a professional, and leaving my best friend of fourteen years to die alone among strangers just so they could take my money. Don't go to this place if you love your pet. They are heartless and money hungry and give false hope to people like me who would do anything to save their pet's life. Going there was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.
