I'd expected a good experience based on word-of-mouth, and I wasn't disappointed. I've noticed that among vendors, the difference between a bad and a good customer experience, or between an average and a superior experience, is the small things. For example, when the folks at Pop Mechanix delivered my car to me at pickup, the car was spotlessly washed out the outside and cleaned on the inside. When I've taken our cars to other mechanics, even though I typically drop the cars off dusty and dirty, I often think how nice it would be if the mechanics would wash the cars as part of the service. I wouldn't ever expect it, of course, but I sometimes think about what a nice touch it would be. Only Pop Mechanix actually does it, at least in my experience. It's not the only reason I would recommend them, but it's certainly one of them!
