the experience at the salon falls way short of the advertising and does not match the prices being charged. home depot flourescent lighting, questionable cleanliness and my technician talking on a personal call while I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to start. The salon wasn't busy...i was the only person waiting... instead of just apologizing for forgetting my appointment, she blamed another team member. I dont mind paying top dollar for a good cut but the experience must make me feel my money is well spent.

I had a great experience. Perfect pedicure and relaxing massage. The salon is overall very peaceful and professional. The Aveda aromatherapy and glass of sparkling water were nice additions to the experience.

I was sold conditioner instead of shampoo. The girl at the front desk had absolutely no knowledge of product or what they do. A stylist had to stop in the middle of acolorbtobgelp both of s.
