I found Dr. Sims to be excellent, personable, warm and intelligent.
However, the young girl who did testing, (22 year old with glasses who said she just came to the Mason office a month ago) needs to be reminded that her job is to provide customer service. She was snippy, rude and walked away from me at least four times to chat with other people when I was looking at frames. Not a good reflection of the office in general. Other associates, great, especially the twins! Always fabulous!!
