I am so relieved to find a shop that figured out my car's issues, displays kind customer service in every conversation whether by phone or in person and if possible stays open until I can get there by bus after work. What a difference from the other shops I have gone to in the last 3 years.

Mike is outstanding at customer service, analyzes and diagnoses your car as it was his, and overall made me think differently about how long I will own and maintain my car and how i'll drive it. I couldn't be more pleased. Redmond European's level of service reminds me that having a great mechanic is like having a great doctor - they help diagnose and prevent conditions before they become big problems and big expenses. I highly recommend this shop!

From the first time I met the crew at Redmond European Auto more than 10 years ago,, they have been outstanding. I completely trust the cost of estimates. And the quality of work has been consistently excellent. Mike often pre-orders parts that will be most probably needed for my car, so when it arrives it can be completed expeditiously.They go above and beyond. Recently when my battery died I could not even open the hood to jumpstart my Porsche. They sent two workers to my home to energize the electrical system, open the hood, jumpstart the car, and then drive it to their shop. This all occurred while I was unable to be home for a tow truck because of the demands of my medical practice. This is a shop where the people care and prioritize relationships. Monty and Mike always make my experience at Redmond European a pleasant one. They take the time to fully explain all that is required and go out of their way to make sure the current service and or repair include what is necessary and never any surprises. I would recommend Redmond European to anyone needing regular service, diagnostic or repair.

We always have a fabulous experience when we bring our cars to Redmond European! They do fantastic work, make sure they have all the information on your car so that are doing the correct work for that year and model; work is done quickly, efficiently and Mike always provides an estimate so you can decide what work to go ahead with or maybe what you need to wait on.

The only thing I wish was that the car was vacuumed out when I pick it up. I know this is an extra bit for the service people, but it would be so nice to pick up a car that's cleaned out on the inside. Don't have to wash the outside or anything, would just love it vacuumed.

Other than that little request we will always take our cars to Redmond European!
