I brought the car in unexpectedly Sunday morning with an almost-flat tire and asked that it be repaired or replaced on Monday, if possible. David very nicely said it might not be Monday since we're booked, but definitely Tuesday. I thanked him and left the car there and walked home. On Monday morning, pretty much first-thing, we got a call that the tire was repaired and the car was all set to go. My thought was, That's so like Regans, so respectful of a customer's needs, cooperative, kind--and of course, competent and trustworthy in all their work.
