Once in the salon, the service was very good. The most frustrating part was getting in touch with a person on the phone. I do not like their phone system. I called on 3 different occasions and no one answered the phone. I was directed to leave a message and someone would get back with me right away. I do not know how they define “right away” but, I had not received a return phone call 3 hours later. I ended up just going there to try to make an appointment and get information (I received a gift card and had no prior experience here). I would highly recommend to the owner to come up with a better system. It really left a bad taste for me. I think their services are probably very good but, trying to get in touch with someone to make an appointment in very difficult.
