We love Dr. Emerson and the staff. The only thing we wish is that a phone call during the day to update us on the status of our pet could be provided. We recognize everyone is very busy, but when we are worried about a pet we have dropped off for an emergency appointment, it would help ease the stress of the unknown if someone could give a quick update phone call.
