Excellent service. Staff is always very nice and accommodating. My only complaint would be what I would call the overly long amount of time they needed to service my car. But they did have a shuttle, so that was nice.

I took my 2016 Mercedes and the gentlemen in the front were REALLY nice and helpful. The gentlemen who shuttled me to work was very professional. I am Happy i decided to use Rizzolis and not the dealership.

I had a great experience, as a first time customer I was impress on how well they managed customer service. I was dropped off to work by their shuttle service which made it extra convenient for me since I took the car during my lunch break. Also, at the end of the day I was handed a paper stating a list of maintenance the car needs for the future, which I appreciate because it allows me to prepare myself for my next visit.
