I have been a patient of RMA for several years and can honestly say your expertise, empathy, attention to detail, and service is spectacular. I am and will continue to be a loyal patient of RMA. That being said I thought you may want to know I have noticed a decline in the level of service provided by the front desk receptionist area. I receive service ranging from non-existent (no one there) to sometimes careless and rude.
All other experiences are amazing, as always!
We are so sorry you have had a bad experience with anyone on our staff. We always want to hear how we are doing and so though disappointing, we love and need the feedback..... I will address this with our team today.
