I came into the salon with a full head of highlights (from another salon) and I wasn't sure that one trip to a salon would fix it. Rebecca (Becky) and I talked through what I wanted and she gave me realistic expectations of how my hair would turn out. She was fun and made the time go by really fast! When she was finishing with my hair, I asked her to curl it and it looked wonderful! I am SO happy with how well it turned out and in only one trip! I will definitely make Becky my go-to now for hair and I will be making this my regular salon! Just a side note--tips are only accepted in cash!

Had an appointment with someone else but she was out sick, so I got a call to see if I wanted to keep the appointment but with Adela. Thought it would be ok since I've never had a bad experience with anyone at the salon. I needed a hair cut badly but all I got was a quick blunt cut and was out the door in about 25 minutes. For $50.00 I expected more from senior stylist. I could have gone to a SuperCuts for a fraction of the cost and probably gotten a cut better than this. I'll be back if Sandy returns, and if she does not, I'll be going elsewhere.

This was my first visit to your salon in about 7 years, and my first time with Adela. Adela was very nice, but she did a seriously slap-dash, careless job on my hair. I came in for a trim (long, curly hair) and a blow-out. Adela trimmed my hair so quickly that I literally didn't realize she'd done it. She did not seem careful, and she did not take her time. For the blow-out, she rough dried my hair, but then didn't do what every other stylist has done when blowing out my hair - she didn't fully dry my hair. This meant nearly immediate frizzing after I left the salon. When she was drying my hair, I specifically said that I did not want it to be stick-straight. Every other stylist has dried my hair using a round brush to achieve smoothness and softness. Instead, Adela used a straightening iron to smooth the hair, and then to very slightly curl the hair under at the end - which didn't hold, because it wasn't fully dry. The result: I got home 10 minutes after leaving the salon, my hair was starting to frizz because it hadn't been fully dried, and the bottom was stick straight - exactly what I said I did not want! So instead of coming home and enjoying my new haircut and blow-out, I spent the next 20 minutes finishing the drying of my hair and using both a round brush and curling iron to give it softness - which is what the stylist should have done! I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my experience. I live 2 blocks from your location, and I had hoped to shift my business to you. But after this experience, I won't be back.

It is hard to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule.

It is rarely possible to get several services at the same visit.

My hair was chopped off on one side by Cody and another stylist told me “that’s too bad, you’ll have to let it grow out” without offering any compensation.

My next visit my hair color turned out completely different from the color swatch I chose and the stylist told me I should’ve known that would happen because the color swatches are based on white hair. How would I know that and isn’t the stylist supposed to take note of the color of hair they’re working with and make adjustments to get the results requested? They are the professionals. I’m not.
