I was very disappointed in the overall experience at the spa. As a member of Burke Williams, having my girlfriend highly recommend sense spa; we decided to do a girls day here. At the time of appointments being made, there was no explanation nor "detailed" information regarding restricted access to certain ammeneties i.e. Pool
We were greeted nicely, showed ourselves back to the changing room as we had two girls who are returning customers.
Sat outside, we were served a glass of champagne. When asked to order food, we placed our order at 1228. To be able to enjoy before our 1:30 treatment. This order never showed up. I had to walk to the front desk to inquire where it was. They said we don't know and we will have it for you after your treatments. They were there afterwards, warm mimosas and cold fries.
When asked to have lunch by the pool we got the run around, attitude from the front desk stating "you don't have access" after 30 minutes of waiting for someone with a little authority the assistant manager Veronica came out, stating she has only been there for months and doesn't know why we weren't told that we can't use the pool, but we still can't. And that she would make an exception for lunch. She walked us over.... whsiepered not so softly to the bar manager about us.
The unprofessionalism that was viewed at this location was unfanthomable. I have never been treated so poorly. My own estetician even validated how poor the whole experience was. This is a bad look for their brand.
