My appointment was for 8:30 am, i walk in the door and Lance tells me that i was late, it was 8:33, when the person drove my truck into the bay i went in there to watch as i was going to do this job myself, but this is the 1st. automatic that iv'e owned and Lance came out and told me that i couldn't be in there. Also was quoted that filter change/fluid /labor would be 150.00, final bill was 173. and some change.Job took about hr. 45min which was good.
