I am sorry for you last experience here at Rubens Imports. I agree with you that $ 17.00 is not a big deal, but my Service Advisor should have done the research and give you the correct Cost of the Repair(s) ? I have instructed my team many times (and I will keep on doing it) that no matter how little or big the work to be done is or how busy we are, the Estimate should be accurate.

As far as the MBz Emblem? no much to say on that, except that it is unacceptable, it would drive me insane every time I step into the Car and see it. Please, call me at your convenience to set an appointment in order to see how we can get this issue resolved - I am here at the Shop Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am ?til 4:00 pm.

I apologize for the lack of professionalism and the inconvenience these has caused you, and look forward on getting this problem resolved.
