Bryan Winter is a master, and my longtime stylist. Service-minded and exacting, he is also a pleasure to be with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The staff in general is pleasant and professional, and I enjoy the experience every time.

All aspects of the salon are great with the exception of the changing room. Very clostrophobic and uninviting.

Bryan has been cutting my hair for years, and now that he's landed at Salon L'Eau, he's got a good home that fits his quality. He takes his time, gets it right each time, and gives me a world-class cut that looks good as I do my business in global centers -- and in Chevy Chase or Alexandria.

Jean Luc is fabulous as is Sonia. But I was a little disturbed at how LoAnn Lai treats staff. I was particularly surprised since I was standing near the staff person and asking the staff person a question. Makes one think whether customer service is really LoAnn's interest. Other than that, this is an excellent salon; Jean Luc has been my stylist for 25 years.

Always a good haircut from Bryan. However this was the 2nd time I made an appointment thru Carlos, but Brian did not know about the appointment, so he was at home when I arrived. This is a problem you need to fix. My wife very much likes Christy and is happy to hear Christy will soon have a better space in which to work.
