I am a new resident from out-of-state and was planning to contact Sampson Dentistry for my next six-month dental visit in early 2017. (My older son and his family live in Hoover and recommended Dr. Sampson to me and my wife).
I developed a loose crown on a recent Friday evening, and intended to call Sampson Dentistry the following Monday morning to fix the problem. The next day (Saturday) I located their Website and completed the appointment scheduling form to see if that would help accelerate matters. Within minutes I received an Email from Dr. Sampson himself! He wished to be certain that I wasn't in pain, and said that I'd be contacted Monday morning. At 8:01 AM on Monday morning I received a call from his office and scheduled me in that day.
The office was busy, but my wait was brief. Dr. Sampson and his team were very attentive, and Dr. Sampson did an excellent job repairing a very broken base tooth, and reinstalling the crown. Understanding that the repair won't last forever, Dr. Sampson also discussed possible options down the road.
I am in my late sixties and have visited more than my fair share of dentists in my lifetime. Sampson Dentistry is the best!
