I am extremely pleased with my new fillings. I was in and out of the office in a reasonable time and the staff and Dr. Donnelly couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.
However, I am not happy with my billing experience. I was incorrectly charged for gas which I did not receive (per my request). Also, I was charged more than the estimated charges provided by MetLife. I forgot to bring my estimate and thought my charges were higher than I expected at $275, but did not realize how much higher until I got home. I called the office and was told that not only was I incorrectly charged for gas but that a $50 copay (which I do not have) was also added. Per my copy of the estimate from MetLife the charges should have been about $145. I feel I should have been refunded the incorrect charges for gas immediately. But I was told that after MetLife sent a payment to your office, I would receive a check for any overpayment. I am not happy with your keeping my $130 for any unspecified length of time.
I had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago and with Dr. visits and PT did not have time to come back to the office in person to request a better resolution to my issues.
