I have had nothing but good experiences here at Smiles of Austin. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they always make sure you're comfortable!!! Those that I have had the pleasure of working with since I started going to SOA have been nothing but helpful, considerate, and kind (Jen, Dr. Brunson, Melinda, Cheryl- just to name a few). Love this office and so will you!!

Like always your team continues to dominate the orthodontic world. I absolutely love your staff and the professional and loving manner in which they treat not only me but also my family. Dr. Brunson is awesome and Kelly alway makes me laugh. Your front desk is so pleasant to work with and they always try to get me the appointment times I need. Brandy is always pleasant and helpful. We love Smiles of Austin, Dr. Franklin, and the staff! They are all so thoughtful, and make their patients feel comfortable. The technicians and assistants are so bubbly and friendly, and make sure every question that you may have is answered before you leave. I always recommend Smiles to friends and acquaintances.
