Great, friendly professional service from Veterinarian and attendants. Thanks for taking care of Suzie and Duke!
The experience was great. Everyone was very helpful and they took excellent care of my German Shepherd!! I have been using South Plains Vet Clinic for about three years now and the service has always been fantastic. They really care about your pets health as much as you do!
my visit with my dog went smoothly, quickly and painless. The young lady that worked with my dog was done with the shot and had clipped her nails before even realized she was started hardly. They answered questions with ease and knowledge.
Our experience was very good. Now hopefully we can enjoy our cat without her constantly having litters of kittens. She was a stray and we just adopted her . Thanks to your clinic & humane society we can enjoy her. Your clinic was very accommodating as far as schedule & care.
They are such wonderful people. From the doctors to the techs especially Dr. Pace and Riley. They make me and my Baby Bruiser feel so welcomed and I love the way they take care of him. He's had to stay a few times with them and I'm always hesitant but they reassure me he will be fine. Riley goes out of her way to keep in contact with me and let me know how he's doing. I really appreciate the care and compassion they show.
The staff overall were friendly ...but the massage was not much more that a relaxing massage and if that is all I wanted it would have been ok. The masseuse was lacking in any personality at all. She would rub over definite knots in my muscles and just keep on going else where...I paid for a deep tissue massage and there was little effort made to work out the knots ...not therapeutic at all. I go to a woman who does it in her home and is minus all the frills you have but worth every penny for the effort she puts into relieving me of the painful knots caused by tension and stress. I had a gift card for you guys...I will not be back...unless i just want to relax a little.
