I was at least taken back on time but it took 2hrs to been seen for the remaining portion of my examination. When I was seen I was told I did not have to been seen there. However I have had eye surgery, meaning my annual appointments are free and included. It was a rude and unprofessional comment to someone who had been waiting for an extended amount of time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a little surprised that I was not referred to an ophthalmologist about my eye problem. I was also a little surprised that I had to climb a flight of stair to get to the second floor office.

The process from beginning to end was ok the eye the assistants were excellent but the doctor was very rude no good bed side manor, i was not please with her.

Pleasant helpful staff. Dr. Dyer takes time to answer and explain questions about my care. Dr. Dyer is expert at giving injections. I feel no pain.

Everything was pretty good. Dr. Dyer was very knowledgeable and I felt confident with her doing my surgery.The only thing I wish they had done was to tell me that my vision could be affected for a couple of days after the surgery. I couldn't read too well for two days and I got worried. If I had known that was a possible aftereffect, I would not have worried. Luckily, it got better pretty quickly two days later.

There is not much understandable information in "Notes from your visit" patient portal. Too many abbreviations.
Massage chairs in the inner waiting room very uncomfortable
