Sport and Spine Rehab provides state of the art comprehensive care by combining chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation and patient education to eliminate symptoms, restore full function and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our highly qualified doctors provide care to a wide range of patients for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Sport and Spine Rehab's team includes doctors of chiropractic, doctors of physical therapy, certified strength and conditioning specialists, certified chiropractic sports doctors and doctors with specialty postgraduate degrees. Our doctors will be an essential part of your healthcare team as they coordinate their care plan with your primary care physician and are also able to identify other healthcare specialists for you if necessary. In addition to providing progressive, effective care, Sport and Spine Rehab is very active in the local community. We promote wellness by supporting local employers and charitable organizations, providing screenings and consultations at health fairs as well as educational lectures.

We are sorry that we have missed the mark. The $5 Med Supply/Admin fee is a one time only charge to each new patient that allow us to ensure that equipment is replaced and patients always have the newest equipment to use as well as other administrative costs of having a repeated service business. The adjustment techniques are based off of several contributing factors. We are sorry that you did not feel these items were sufficiently explained. As always it is best to bring these to our attention while you are in the office so that we can address and fix any questions or issues you may be having. We hope that you give us another chance to make it up to you.

We too wish that we had a room inside of our clinic where you could change for your convenience, but the good news is our bathroom is right outside our door so its not too far of a walk. :) Maybe one day!
