I took my car in on the recommendation of my parents. I needed service for a engine malfunction and passenger light notifications. I spoke with Mark about the issues and he informed me he would give me a call later the same day. Marc has integrity, sticking to his word. They even picked me up once my car was done. The only feedback, I have is I wish my car was dried more throughly after it was washed as well as removing the dark mechanic hand and foot marks on the inside of my beige driver’s door. If that was done, I would of given a 5/5 stars.

I brought my car in for a small service and was promised to be called (around 1 or 2 pm if there was any additional work required, as there was a service light showing. As I had not heard by 4.10pm I rang and had to leave a message. At 4.30pm is was called back that the car had to stay overnight. As I needed the car the following day I collected the car and had to make a new appointment. When I drove away I did not notice any change or improvement in the car's performance, which one normally does. I had the impression that my car had hardly been looked at and that I/my was an afterthought that day. This was my first experience with Star, and now need to bring the car in again, in what I think should have been done in one day.
