Brought in my glasses because my innovative "Spine" frames were not functioning properly less than 2 years after I had paid a substantial amount to try them. I was greeted and treated very nicely by the women in the front office and was informed that not only were replacement frames available but that they had a set on premise and could insert my lenses in only a few minutes while I waited. I was very encouraged until I found out that although the guarantee on the frames covered the cost of replacement I would be charged $25.00 S&H to facilitate the return of the faulty frames to the supplier. Not only was I troubled to realize that I was being punished for asking the company to honor their warrantee but found it hard to believe that it would cost $25.00 to ship approximately 4oz. of freight anywhere in the country when there was no need for "rush" or "special handling" necessary for frames that were ultimately just going to end up in the trash bin! As mentioned before I was treated very well by the employees at Sunnyside Vision but still ended up paying $25.00 in order to avoid being stuck with faulty frames.

The broken frame will be returned to the manufacturer. It is our policy to $25 charge for frame replacement. We are sorry you feel that way.
