I did not know anyone in the office. I thought I was in the wrong office or Dr. Williams had sold the practice. They seemed to have trouble with finding the right codes..The dental hygienist was late. She was nice enough but I never have had my teeth cleaned like she did it. I felt my teeth would break. I got wet at times . I am used to having the same hygienist . I had one for nine -ten years it was comforting.I have not felt like this before in your office .I had to call back for a followup visit wish was not done. I have thought about this visit for a couple of days as I do not complain usually. If I can prevent one person from going through the same thing then it is worth it.
As an uninsured patient I felt taken advantage of. I came in for a cleaning. Suddenly I had a lead blanket over me and began bitewings, I asked why I was getting xrays and she said we just do them every 6 months. Cha-ching for the dentist! Then I had the fastest cleaning ever performed. Dentist poked my teeth for another 2 minutes. They sold me periogard I probably don't need (at probably a 5x mark up). My 35 minute visit in and out the door rang up to an astounding $302! Really shady business practices. You shouldn't deliver services without asking first and then charge exorbitant prices for them. And I didn't recognize a single member of staff from my previous 4 visits, turnover must be through the roof.
Dr. Viggiano and his entire staff are professional and courteous to the highest degree. The office and exam rooms are clean and organized. Dr. Viggiano is and excellent doctor and surgeon, listens to his patients and does not rush through the visit. My husband and I have been Dr. Viggiano's patients close to twenty years and highly recommend him to everyone. We always receive positive feedback from friends and acquaintances we recommended him to after they make an appointment and are treated by him. They tell us we were right and thank us for recommending him.
