All of the employees at the downtown Bartlesville location are SO friendly and very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like this time is that they went ahead and gave me the full synthetic oil change which cost me almost double what a regular oil change would. The customer service makes up for that though. I will continue to come back!! Keep up the good work y’all!

The Gold Standard for Small business and customer service.
I took may 2007 Hyundai Azera with 83k miles to Tate Boy's downtown location, my favorite location, with a brake pedal issue, not knowing exactly what the problem was. Not only were they able to diagnose my brake peddle issue they were able to order a part and install it in just over an hour while I waited. The best part of it was the whole bill was under $50.00. That's a huge deal for us retired customers.
Every single employee that was there that day was awesome. Free popcorn and free water and coffee Thay made me feel like family and we all shared a few laughs.
I have purchased several sets of tires from Tate Boys in the past 20 years and get my tires rotated for free, have had brake job and have had more than my fair share of Oil changes there, just to name a few of their services. And they have ALWAYS and I mean Always treat me we like family and with respect. I will not take my car or my business anywhere else.
Thank You Tate Boys for outstanding customers service and being a Valuable Asset in the Bartlesville community and I'm sure the other communities you serve!

Dr Beard was fantastic ! I had not been to the dentist for years , except for cleanings. I had a bad ,and very painful experience at another dentist. But, I had to have some work done. Dr. .Beard explained everything as he went. Even the shot he gave me to numb my mouth did not hurt. He is very gentle and goes at a pace that your comfortable with. He is not like a lot of dentist that barely speak to you . He tells you what is happening as he goes. He is very friendly and really does understand your fears. His assistant Kathleen was also very nice and gentle. If you are afraid to go to the dentist give Dr. Beard a chance to help you. The first visit I had was to evaluate my situation . I had no work done that day ,but it did give me confidence to give Dr, Beard a chance to help me. And, I am so glad that I did. Just an excellent dentist.
