First visit after changing vets and I couldn't be more pleased. From the first step into the office everyone at the desk is so friendly and helpful. The wait time was barely 10 minutes. Everyone helped make my puppy feel safe and important. The vet's assistant was friendly and made eye contact with me and my puppy making me feel that she was listening and not just taking info. I could not be happier with the Doctor. She answered all my questions and concerns and was very gentle and making friends with my shaking chihuahua puppy. She took time to review my previous vet's diagnosis and explain in detail my pet's diet, feeding schedule, and treats.
To sum my first visit here....EXCELLENT
As a parent and special education teacher of 17 years I highly recommend Dr Landrum. My 2 children have received excellent care and assessment from him as well as hand/eye strengthening therapy for my younger son who is dyslexic. Dr Landrum has demonstrated numerous times the knowledge of what children are learning at their grade level and how their sight and eye teaming effects their education. I have personally sent many families to him and receive positive feedback. In addition one child I sent to him had been seen multiple times at the children's hospital for assessment and each time were told their sight was fine. As this child's teacher I persisted with the parent and asked them to go to Dr Landrum. Dr Landrum's assessment found eye teaming issues and a slight deficiency. The little girl left with glasses that day so excited that she could see and her mom was beyond grateful to have gotten her daughter the help she needed. Dr Landrum comes highly recommend in my book!!!
