The office manager was a nightmare to deal with. Uncaring, inconsiderate of my knowledge plus using a hateful tone of voice to speak to me.

The staff drawing my blood were so very kind and caring. What a difference in people.

Dr. Clapper's care was excellent. She truly listened to and HEARD me, was very respectful and open to my health testimony of what I was experiencing and gave it consideration. She carefully explained what tests she wanted to do and why and made sure I fully understood her. She was very kind, very knowledgeable. She allowed me to be a partner with her in my treatment journey..

Yesterday was my second appointment with Dr. Clapper and the medical center. I’m once again impressed with the facility and my entire experience. I have already recommended to many people that they should checkout Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center and their doctors. I truly believe I have already been helped by Dr. Clapper. This was the most time a physician has ever spent with me, I felt heard and that my health was important. This is the first time I did not feel like my weight made me invisible.

Although my 1st visit with Dr. Clapper was helpful, my experience with having my blood drawn at the in-house lab was unsatisfactory. The phlebotomist dug into my arm trying to find a vein four times, as a result I now have a painful bruise that will last at least a week. Had she used a butterfly needle as I requested, injury to my arm would not have occurred.

Horrible we will most likely will Not be back... I once Love this place and could talk to the doctor and feel great I tryed to talk to the Jackson about things and she shut me down telling me all the things I did My research on was not true. and they rush you out of there . I'm upset .. past experiences was a dream Really disappointed We travel all that way because this place wasn't like the others And now it's just like every other doctor office.
